Shipping Time

Once you place the order, our goal is to ship the cargo within two business days, but this processing time can sometimes be slightly longer during periods of special demands and around public holidays.

Free Shipping Worldwide

We offer free shipping services to most countries and regions. However, if your order requires payment of shipping fees after entering the payment stage on the website, it means that free shipping is not available in your region. This is typically due to the high international shipping costs to these countries, and you will need to cover a portion of the shipping fees.

We prioritize reliable and expedited logistics methods for delivering your orders. Therefore, logistics methods are generally not specifically designated and may vary based on country, region, and actual circumstances. For orders exceeding $400, upon your request, we can utilize FedEx for free delivery, provided they offer services in your local area.

If you choose FedEx for shipping your order, you can select to pay additional FedEx shipping fees during the payment stage of your order. We will dispatch your parcel through FedEx. If you have paid additional FedEx shipping fees for your order, but due to various reasons, we opt for an alternative logistics method to deliver your order, we will refund the extra FedEx shipping fees to you via PayPal within 10 business days.

For packages shipped via FedEx, you will need to use the logistics tracking number on the official FedEx website.

Within 1 to 2 business days after dispatching your package, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking information for your package and the website for reference. You can also visit this link to track the whereabouts of your package. If you cannot find this email, please check your spam folder, as it may occasionally end up there.


Timeliness of Logistics

Your package will be delivered within 10-60 days, depending on the distance.

Due to uncontrollable factors such as flight delays, customs delays, and unforeseen issues, logistics efficiency may be affected. While we actively monitor logistics information, the estimated shipping time is not a guaranteed delivery time.

If you have not received your package after 45 days from placing the order, please email us at info@baltany.com. We will follow up with the logistics provider to inquire about the actual status of your package and provide you with feedback.

To ensure ample time for the delivery of your package, logistics providers typically conduct an investigation within one month. If it is confirmed that the package is lost, we will contact you to arrange for a reshipment or a full refund.

Out of Stock

Under normal circumstances, the merchandises in the saleable state are in stock in our warehouse, but our inventory data is changing dynamically, when the merchandises you order are out of stock, we will notify you by email to replace or cancel the order.


Cancellation and Modification of Orders

Upon successful payment, our purchase agreement is considered effective, and we do not accept cancellations of orders.

Before we dispatch your order, you can make changes, including quantity, items, and shipping address. However, we do not accept refund requests because PayPal and payment tools do not refund associated fees. Once the package is shipped, it cannot be recalled by the logistics provider, and no further changes can be made to your order.

But the watch to be returned must be: ~Unworn & Unused,The watch(es) must not have been worn, altered or strapped on in any way, and must not show any signs of use. ~In an original and resalable condition with any tamper-evident label still attached. ~In its original packaging supplied with the purchase. ~For adjusted stainless steel straps, removed links must be re-inserted in their original position. Items must be returned with all original packaging and other accessories (tools, extra straps, etc.) received with the order.

3.2 After receiving your email, our customer support team will respond to your request within 1-2 business days.

3.3 Arrange the shipment according to the address information and declaration requirements provided by info@baltany.com, and reply with the logistics tracking number and tracking inquiry website.

Special Attention Items: Please do not return the package on your own without our prior consent, Once your return has been shipped, please promptly inform us of the logistics tracking number and the tracking website. Due to the inherent risks in international logistics, and we need to promptly handle the relevant customs procedures for packages. If you return the package on your own or fail to provide a logistics tracking number, leading to our inability to promptly follow up on the package, resulting in customs clearance failure, loss, or return of the package, we will refuse exchanges or refunds.
