Warranty

Your BALTANY watch is warranted for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase.

This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

– The life of the battery;

– Normal wear, tear and aging;

– Any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal / abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided;

– The BALTANY watch opened by non-authorized persons;

– A watch may run fast or slow if the balance of a watch may be damaged from impact - this will require adjustment by a watch maker and is not covered by warranty.

If your watch begins to run very fast (minutes per day), then it has likely become magnetized. This is not uncommon, as magnetic fields are all around us - this could occur from exposure to speakers, cell phones, computers, or a variety of other conditions. The process of demagnetizing (removing magnetization) is a relatively simply process that can be done by watchmakers at an affordable cost. If you enjoy taking on projects yourself, you can purchase a "degausser" on Amazon to demagnetize yourself. Warranty does not cover demagnetization of your watch.


Manufacturing Defects, The product does not match the order, or Missing

Every Baltany watch undergoes rigorous inspection and stringent testing before it hits the market. However, due to the mass production nature of watches, it is challenging to completely eliminate the possibility of manufacturing defects in the watches delivered to customers.

If you discover manufacturing defects in the watch, receive the wrong watch or parts, or encounter missing accessories upon receiving your watch, please take photos or videos and send them to support@baltany.com. The Baltany Watches after-sales team will communicate with you on how to address the issue. If you choose a refund or replacement, follow the instructions provided by support@baltany.com to arrange the return of the watch. We will cover the return shipping cost (up to $35), and upon receiving the watch, we will process the refund (or resend the item) through PayPal.

Special Attention Items

Please do not return the package on your own without our prior consent, Once your return has been shipped, please promptly inform us of the logistics tracking number and the tracking website.

Due to the inherent risks in international logistics, and we need to promptly handle the relevant customs procedures for packages. If you return the package on your own or fail to provide a logistics tracking number, leading to our inability to promptly follow up on the package, resulting in customs clearance failure, loss, or return of the package, we will refuse exchanges or refunds.
