When ordering a watch that needs to be customized, and purchasing a service that needs to be customized at the same time, the order of the watch must be paid at the same time as the customization fee, so as not to cause confusion and make the wrong watch.

2.Provide pattern files

3.Confirm the design draft

We will design the layout for you for free, and then send the design draft to you for confirmation. Please reply to us as soon as possible, and confirm the draft in time, so as not to affect the production progress.

4. Handling and delivery of your watch

After confirming the draft, it will take 7-12 working days for production, please wait patiently for delivery

Custom Scope Description

We currently only provide customization services: custom services for adding patterns and text to the dial, back cover, crown, and clasp of existing models of watches, all of which can provide sterile dials, buckles, crowns and backs. Watches that cover and support custom services, you can find them in the custom watches catalog.

Some customers want to replace the hands, redesigned dials, reprocessing of the back cover, etc. We have the advantage of a complete production supplier, but the production of these accessories requires independent molds, which will cost a very high cost. If you need It's not a bulk order, just a watch, it's not cost-effective, so we don't offer this service for a single watch at the moment.

FAQs

What colors can the dial customization make?

At present, we only support single-color printing of five colors (red, white, black, blue, and yellow), because of the background color of the dial, the actual printed effect will have color deviation.

Can the back cover customization be aligned to a certain position?

The etching process requires the parts to be disassembled and processed, and cleaned and assembled after processing. For watches with screw-in bottom covers, the etched logo cannot be aligned with any angle of the watch.

What size pattern can be customized?

The patterns can fill the entire dial, but the high-definition printing process cannot print lines less than 0.15mm. At the same time, the aesthetics of the layout must be considered, so it is not recommended to print pictures with too much detail and fonts that are too small.

What file format is required for the provided material?

Try to provide files in vector format, such as CDR or AI format, or in JPG format, but JPG pictures must be large-sized high-definition pictures.

We can't use font files. If you have a favorite font, please convert the text of the font you want to use into JPG format or PDF format.

How long does it take to make?
