Shipping Time

Upon placing your order, our aim is to ship within two to three business days. However, during peak periods and around public holidays, this processing time may be slightly extended.

Global Free Shipping

BALTANY provides free shipping services to the following countries or regions: United States, Canada, Mexico;

United Kingdom, Switzerland;

Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Slovakia, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Ireland, Portugal, Greece,Latvia, Estonia, Cyprus;

Australia, New Zealand;

Singapore, Philippines, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Hong Kong;

Some areas within the above countries or regions may still be considered remote areas by our logistics partners and may not be serviceable, such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and Alaska in the United States, or regions in France with postal codes starting with 97/98/00.

If we find during the processing of your order that your requested delivery address falls within a remote area, or if for any other reason our logistics partner is unable to service this address, we will promptly contact you via info@baltany.com to discuss a solution. For countries and regions not listed above, a flat shipping fee of $20 will be charged per order.

Logistics Method for Your Order Delivery

BALTANY is committed to producing high-quality and affordable watches, and logistics cost is a factor we must consider. We will comprehensively select the most suitable logistics method for delivering your order based on factors such as timeliness, reliability, and cost. Therefore, the logistics service provider used when your order is dispatched from Dongguan, Guangdong, China, will generally not be specifically designated and may vary depending on the country or region and other circumstances.

Choose FedEx Shipping

If you wish to use international express shipping for your parcel, you can select "Fedex shipping $x.x" during the payment checkout stage of your order (as shown in the blue box) and pay the corresponding express shipping fee. We will use FedEx Express to deliver your order. If FedEx Express is unable to provide service to the delivery address you requested, we will promptly communicate specific solutions with you via info@baltany.com.

For countries and regions not listed above, a fee of $35 will be charged.

For orders exceeding $400, If you request, we can provide free FedEx Express delivery, provided FedEx Express can service the delivery address you requested.

Logistics Timeframe

If you choose our standard shipping (free shipping) for your order, your parcel will be delivered within 7-20 business days, depending on the distance.

If you opt for FedEx Express shipping, your parcel will be delivered within 4-15 business days.

We will endeavor to deliver your parcel within the estimated delivery times mentioned above. However, due to uncontrollable factors such as local logistics efficiency, flight delays, customs delays, and unforeseen issues, the logistics timeframe may be affected. Although we actively monitor logistics information, the estimated transit time is not a guaranteed delivery time.

If you have not received your parcel after 30 days from placing your order, please contact our customer service team via info@baltany.com. We will liaise with the logistics provider to track the actual status of your parcel and provide you with feedback.

To allow sufficient time for the delivery of your parcel, logistics providers typically conduct investigations within one month. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment, or you may choose to cancel the order and receive a full refund. Apart from this, we will not offer any compensation.

Logistics Inquiry

Within 2 to 3 business days after your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email from us containing tracking information for your parcel and a reference website where you can check the status of your parcel. If you do not find this email, please check your spam folder, as it may sometimes appear there.

To ensure the fast and secure delivery of your order, our preferred logistics provider offers comprehensive tracking features. You can enter your order number on our website (BALTANY order logistics inquiry) to check the real-time logistics status of your parcel.

For parcels shipped via FedEx Express, you will need to track and inquire through the official FedEx Express website using the logistics tracking number. Updates to logistics information on the BALTANY website (such as uploading logistics tracking numbers) may be delayed. If you are unable to find any logistics status on the website, it does not necessarily mean that your order has not been shipped.

Fees and Taxes

The prices displayed on the BALTANY website do not include any import duties, customs duties, value-added taxes, etc.

Certain government agencies in some countries may charge recipients with import duties, value-added taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, additional local carrier fees, or other charges. The specific fees vary by country/region, and we cannot provide estimates of these fees. We recommend contacting the local customs office/agent for more information.

Except for the countries and regions listed below where BALTANY offers VAT withholding and payment services, any fees required by the recipient's country must be borne and paid by the recipient, as they are used for development and welfare programs in the respective countries/regions.

If the shipping address is in the following countries or regions, and you choose our standard shipping (as illustrated), the relevant VAT fees will be withheld and paid by us.

The tax rate may vary depending on the recipient's country. When the parcel arrives in the destination country/region, you do not need to pay VAT again. However, if you choose express shipping (FedEx Express), we will not be able to provide VAT withholding and payment services, and you will need to pay the relevant fees during customs clearance procedures.

Customs Clearance

Customs policies vary from country to country, and they differ in their requirements for information provided by logistics providers and declarations. Once we receive requests for information and documentation from logistics providers or customs, our customer service team will promptly contact you via info@baltany.com. It is your responsibility, or the responsibility of the recipient specified for the order, to provide necessary shipping information and to promptly complete customs clearance procedures for the parcel.

If a parcel is refused due to failure to complete customs clearance procedures in a timely manner or due to issues with paying duties/taxes, the related fees for the order will not be refunded.

Inventory Shortages

Normally, items displayed as available for sale on the website are in stock in our warehouse. However, our inventory data is dynamic, and website content updates may not always be immediate. If one or more items you ordered are out of stock or if there are other reasons preventing shipment, the BALTANY customer service team will promptly contact you via info@baltany.com to initiate the cancellation and refund process. You can also refer to the "Return Policy" for relevant terms.

Additional Information

● Any expenses incurred due to customer refusal, return shipping costs to China, and import duties shall be borne by the buyer;

● Due to restrictions in some countries such as Iran, Nigeria, Afghanistan, etc., we do not accept/ship any orders to these countries. Additionally, we cannot ship to postal boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO) addresses, conflict zones, or unsafe areas;

● We process orders from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays);

● No shipments are made on Sundays and holidays;

● If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple deliveries. We will send you a shipping confirmation email for each batch of shipments so that you know exactly what and when to expect;

● Pre-sale products and customized items are not subject to the aforementioned delivery times. Our customer service team will notify you separately;

● During peak periods, delivery times may be affected due to high order volumes;

● If you leave a message when placing your order, our customer service team will manually review it, which may affect normal shipping and delivery deadlines;

● If your address change information is received after the parcel has been shipped, we will be unable to change the delivery address. If this results in delivery failure, related fees for the order will not be refunded.
