How will I know if I've won?

Official Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

The #MyBaltany campaign ("Campaign") is organized by [Dongguan Baoying Watch Industry Co., Ltd.], operating the Baltany brand ("Baltany," "we," "us").

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign begins on [2026/11/1] and runs on a weekly and monthly basis until further notice. Each monthly period runs from 00:00 on the first day to 23:59 on the last day of the calendar month (UTC). Each weekly period runs from 00:00 Monday to 23:59 Sunday in the same time zone. Baltany may change, pause, or end the Campaign at any time by posting an update on this page.

3. Eligibility

The Campaign is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their place of residence) and who own a genuine Baltany watch, whether purchased from Baltany, from an authorized dealer, or received as a gift. Employees, contractors, and authorized dealers of Baltany, and their immediate family members, are not eligible for prizes. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter, post an original photo featuring a Baltany watch on Instagram or Facebook from a public account, tag @baltany_watches (Instagram) or @baltany watches (Facebook), and include the hashtags #MyBaltany. Posts must remain public and visible until the winners for that period are announced. Posts that are deleted, made private, or edited to remove the tag or hashtags may be disqualified.

5. Content Requirements

By entering, you confirm that: Baltany may disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes does not meet these requirements.

6. Selection of Winners

Each week, the Baltany team selects one or more Featured Posts of the Week. Each month, the Baltany team selects one Community Star of the Month. All selections are made from eligible entries based on the criteria listed above: story, creativity, photo quality, and authenticity. Selections are made by judges and are not random. The judges' decisions are final.

7. Prizes

Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

8. Winner Notification

Winners are contacted by comment or direct message from Baltany's official accounts (@baltany_watches on Instagram, @baltany watches on Facebook). The Community Star must reply within 15 days with a shipping address and confirmation of eligibility. If the winner does not respond in time or is found ineligible, Baltany may select an alternate winner.

9. License to Use Your Content

By posting with #MyBaltany and tagging Baltany's official accounts, you grant Baltany a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, share, and display your post on Baltany's social media pages, website, and email newsletters, with credit to your username. We will ask for your separate permission before using your content in paid advertising. You keep ownership of your content. To ask us to remove a repost of your content, email info@baltanyofficial.com and we will remove it within a reasonable time.

10. Winner Publicity

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Baltany may announce their username and share their winning post, except where prohibited by law.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected from winners (such as name and shipping address) is used only to deliver the prize and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Platform Disclaimer

This Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Meta and its platforms from any liability related to the Campaign.

13. Limitation of Liability

Baltany is not responsible for posts that are not received or seen due to technical issues, platform algorithms, account settings, or hashtag errors. To the extent permitted by law, Baltany is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Campaign or use of a prize.

14. General

Baltany may disqualify participants who attempt to manipulate the Campaign, including by using fake accounts, purchased engagement, or someone else's photos.
